"Check in was a breeze, he knew his job and hit all his marks. Very friendly and quick. The elevator made extremely a lot of noise but only in the bathroom where I spent most of my time due to the huge mirror built in the wall. I was worried it would break but as a man who knows he is stressed about a lot of things. Noise while doing what adult men do alone or with many men is only our business or my business. Check was great and the woman I checked out with was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"They require a large cash or Venmo deposit which is shady. Took them 2 weeks to send it back minus 15$ to which I got no response to why. Communication sucks and they gave me the wrong room. No apology no adjustment. Nothing."

"This was a nicely kept, recently renovated room and bathroom. However it was small with limited space to hang or unpack clothing. There were limited amenities, no Kleenex, for example, and there was not even a chair to sit on, just the bed. It had a very nice, clean, newly renovated kitchen where you could make coffee or cook if you wanted. It was in a great location with easy access to Wrigley Field and many restaurant choices. If I were only staying one or two nights, it would have been perfect. For a longer stay, it was a bit limited. Communication with the owners was easy, and the electronic access was very convenient."

"The location was great. Quiet street and easy parking. We were close to everything we needed to get around town. Great location for Cubs fans!"

"We had a great visit to Chicago with this being our first time staying in Wrigleyville. The space was lovely, very clean, comfortable and the check in process was well explained and easy. We loved the location. Not only was it convenient for our plans but the neighborhood was very nice, walkable to restaurants, etc. Paid parking options were plentiful, conveniently located, with normal cost for Chicago. Would definitely stay again!"

"This is a perfectly nice and cute hotel in a good location near the stadium. Apparently it is one of three locations across the city, and they all share CENTRALIZED guest services staff. Said another way, there is no staff onsite to help you with anything, including opening the front door. You have to complete check in online, including a photo of your ID and a selfie for identity verification, before you can get a key... to be clear, that is a key to the building AND your room. If you like me haven't done this yet, you have to call the number on a piece of paper taped to the window and they will text you things to do while you and your bags stand on the sidewalk as long as is required to get through checkin. Luckily Im tech savvy, but if this had been my parents for instance, who are in their sixties and relatively savvy themselves, there would be no hope. Once you're in, the hotel is cute and fine. Then again, lack of staff was a huge inconvenience as I needed to stow my bags for the day before an evening flight, but no staff to do that. I had to uber to a hotel near where I was going and use their bell desk. So unnecessary. Note to The Chicago Hotel: this model doesn't work, and I wouldn't recommend anyone do this to themselves when there's plenty of other places to stay."
