"I've stayed at better maintained properties. The AC did not work the first night. The ironing board was broken and I couldn't get another one. There were no coffee cups for the coffee machine. Housekeeping did not empty trash cans or make the bed. Granted the first morning I left the broken ironing board on the bed, so that may have been why the bed wasn't made, but it was never made and I stayed 4 nights. And, the room needs some maintenance. Employees were nice. Just the Inn has not been kept up."

"Breakfast was one of the worst features, which yes, it’s a continental breakfast, but this one has the least options I’ve ever seen. The lady who checked us in seemed pretty disinterested and didn’t bother to tell us when breakfast hours were or swimming hours or really explain how to find our room. The elevator is very old and shaky, beautiful and historic maybe? But definitely a little scary to be on— especially with the other one out of order for the entire stay (only two nights). When we did go back down and ask about swimming hours (breakfast hours were helpfully posted) she said, “I think from 10-11, I don’t know?”"

"Overall good experience for a short 3 day stay: close to the airport, decent breakfast, pool was clean, staff is friendly and accomidating, bed was comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. House keeping is not daily, but they will replace towels/bedding as needed, just let the front desk know. We did not use the shuttle service, but did see it depart/arrive regularly. There is a daily parking fee, but it was just $8/day."

"The experience at this hotel wasn’t so pleasant. The air conditioning system was controlled by the hotel staff, when asked if we can make the room cooler since we have allergies and asthma, they were telling us that someone will come and check it out. We were told the air was “cranking” which it wasn’t. We also had to chase for clean towels and toilet paper for our room. We were told 20 minutes, but yet no one brought us towels. We had to call and go down again to get new towels. There was no room service also, we had to take the garbage out ourselves."
