"We left today after a delightful stay at the Very,Very Private Condo in Fountain Hills. The condo was exactly as listed and everything was clean, organized and comfortable. The folks around the property were fun to visit with and welcoming at the pool and hot tub. Fountain Hills is a very active community with a beautiful fountain in the center of a wonderful park and community center. Our host was easy to contact…he check in with us early to assist in our stay. I felt he would be responsive if anything was needed. Definitely would choose this property for future AZ adventures. "

"We had an amazing time spending the week at this beautiful home. We spent our days relaxing by the super warm pool and our nights watching movies in the main room. There is a lot of seating in the backyard which was perfect to soak up the sun or stay under the covered patio in the shade. The kitchen had every utensil we needed. The split bedroom floor plan was great. Having the main bedroom on one side of the house and the other rooms on the other side gave everyone privacy.The location was excellent! Just a short drive to Fountain Park! Jill was an excellent host, easy to talk to and responded quickly to any questions."

"The home was situated in a good location when entering Fountain Hills. The backyard, pool and hot tub were nice, but I spent more time skimming the leaves out then using it. The kitchen area was large and worked good for our party of 4, however the house overall could use some renovations. Multiple electrical outlets were loose. One behind my bed was hanging out of the wall with no plate. The showers did not have the greatest pressure, bathroom fixture was loose. Master bedroom closet had visible water damage and mold on base trim. 3 out of the 4 beds were uncomfortably firm and pillows very soft. The cleanliness of the home was average with some wash cloths, towels and pillows had stains on them. An old and dirty bathroom towel was found stuffed behind one of the beds between the mattress and wall. The Welcome Binder on the kitchen table was stained brown and needed updating. The appliances worked good. Kitchen was stocked, but non-stick cookware was pretty worn. Grill worked good, but cleaning brush was disgusting. Cooling mister spray nozzles out back were mostly clogged and did not work well. Smoke detector went off with low battery in the middle of the night and was finally found in the back shelf of a closet. Overall, we still had a good week, but was a little disappointed with the property in some aspects given the price and decent looking pictures. I think it could be a very nice house with some updates and proper repairs. Host responded quickly. "
