This property was very nice and clean. Very intimate setting, the pool was great the spa was better in my opinion!!! The jets were excellent!!! Will definitely be coming back when in the area.

The room was clean and the property was quiet. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. We arrived late Friday night and staff was great. Went to the lobby Saturday morning for breakfast and to book spa service and nobody was around. We waited in the lobby for 30 minutes rang the bell and called the number on the door and no response. The milk that was out for cereal and coffee was spoiled and we weren’t able to book any spa services. Later that evening went to the lobby again the door was locked called the number on the door again no answer. When it was check out we finally seen someone in the lobby but by that time it was time to go and no time for spa services.

Room was quite spacious! Much more than your standard king room. No ironing board, not a deal breaker and I didn’t call the front desk to see if I could borrow one so might have been an option. We checked in later in the evening, around 9pm and while there was someone in the office, it was not your typical check in - didn’t have to show ID or present my CC. Breakfast was an odd time, only 8:30-10am which may be typical for the area but did not work for our schedule so we never got to enjoy it. When our family came to check in the following day, also late but during stated lobby hours, no one was there and I had to call the after hours line to check them in and it was a bit relaxed the same as we had the day prior. I also had to ask about how to access the courtyard from the parking lot as I had not previously been given the gate code. It was very quiet during our stay, not sure how occupied the property was but I would guess not more than 1 or 2 other rooms based on how full the parking lot was. Overall a decent value for what we paid.

The staff was very warm and welcoming. Room was comfortable. Mineral pools were amazing! Impressed that the buffet breakfast included decent hot food as well as the usual range of cereals and fruits. Very relaxing stay.
