"We stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. The room was clean, the bedsheets were fresh, and overall the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The morning staff were also friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the evening staff were not very helpful and the service was disappointing. The breakfast was okay, but the lady serving breakfast was not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the experience less pleasant. We also found the hotel quite expensive compared with the Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Revelstoke, especially considering the level of service we received. For the price, we expected a better overall experience. Overall, the cleanliness was good and the morning staff were pleasant, but the evening service and breakfast service could definitely be improved. If you want, I can also make it more strongly worded, short and direct for Google Reviews, or polite but more professional."

"The motel was as expected for the price compared to others in the area. The room was spotless and parking was convenient and easy. The spa was out of order when we were there. Check in was quick. There is a lovely restaurant around the corner called Raven & Pine which is walkable and you should visit."
