When I checked in I let staff know my room was missing a hairdryer and remote, and this was not replaced. Later than night I encountered a swarm of snails that had entered my unit. Of course not something hotel can control - it's the tropics. I asked to be moved to another room which was immediately accommodated. The grounds and gardens are immaculate, all due to the hard work from the staff who would always greet us with a friendly Talofa and a beautiful smile.
