"This is a fraudulent listing. When we called to check-in the phone was answered by an intoxicated person who refused out stay. VRBO provided us no ability to cancel or return our funds. From my conversation with the intoxicated person they are a tenant that is renting the home illegally."

"Owner was very friendly and helpful. Great location - especially if you're into mountain biking. The Waverly Bar and Restaurant down the street is excellent. The town is a former coal town with a number of quaint shops, a work in progress. Bathrooms are shared. The common room and kitchen are excellent."
