"Everything was great. The hotel was doing some renos but still clean. Only downside was felt a bit cold in the hallways rooms had adjustable heat tho so that was good. There were a few minor danages in the room like the hot tub buttons. Looked to be scratched off and the armoire had a broken drawer but these were minor. All in all hotel was good and clean and comfy"

"If you are planning on using the amenities be sure to call and check they are operating, we showed up looking forward to using the hot tub during our stay only to find out it had been broken for around a month. the general condition of the hotel also just felt rundown, paint chipping, casings around buttons broken, loose door handles etc. We had stayed here before and really enjoyed it and the staff are great but the general lack of upkeep definitely turned us off and will choose to stay...

"The room overall was clean but the drain plug doesn’t stay closed in the tub, the tv didn’t work, the pool was arctic cold and unswimmable for the kids. Also don’t like walking to a non-smoking room through a heavily smoking hallway with a child, and didn’t appreciate seeing staff smoking so close to the main door. "

"Great place to stay. This was our 2nd stay. Staff is very friendly & helpful. In house restaurant and lots of others within close walking distance. We live in south central Saskatchewan and our kids/grandkids are in Prince George, BC. This is now our "go to" hotel for our travels"

"Hotel was a good overall stay. Room was good. Staff was good. Restaurant for breakfast was good. Traditional breakfast included with room. Kids meal was $8 off with stay. Just had to ask waitress to substitute. Only downfall in pool area was hot tub was out of order. Hopefully temporary because the pool area was great. We have 3 eight year olds and they said pool was awesome! Would stay again. "

"Heater in room kept turning on and waking me up. Very small room for what you pay. No elevator. Someone tried to get into my room while I was sleeping. Woke me up. "

"Manager was exceptional, she made sure I did not have an allergic reaction to chemicals or sprays. She also provided us with a full coffee pot and coffee. The room was adequate, plug ins etc. Good size fridge, perfect for us. Avacado Green Luxury Tub. We would return without hesitation."

"Host is very communicative and accommodating. Gorgeous property, location can't get better. Few things that can be improved upon - General wear & tear - Dishwasher definitely needs some love! Kids indoor games / activities( toys/puzzles/color books). Basic toiletries, more coffee would be great :). Overall, we loved the place and Leah was amazing. We would love to be back. "

"The property was located close ( within walking distance)to restaurants and shopping mall ( the mall was somewhat closed down at this time , due to a major flood ealier in the summer!)"
