"There was cereal all over the floor at check in. The room was not cleaned overnight and it was not clear that it had to be requested. There were stains on the carpet and I ran out of stuff so I had to go get tissues, toilet paper and towels for the second day. Also the front desk closed and no one was available after 10 p.m. People were sneaking in to the supply area to get their own towels etc. because there was no one there. The breakfast was too early for a weekend 6 a.m. - 9 a.m. and...

"Everything was great! Be mindful of 10am checkout."

"Was an unexpected quick trip. So we just picked whatever we found in this area. It was alright. Lobby had a weird smell. We had trouble getting our door to room to open from the start. Then we had gone to service and came back to rest and our room keys would not open our door. They had to be reset."

"The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful, made me feel at home. Breakfast had astandard hotel selection, but rotated the hot menu items daily which was nice to have a different option each of the 3 days of my stay. Management was very helpful, exceeding my expectations. Everyone went above and beyond to make it a great stay. As a frequent traveler, this hotel is at the top of my list of places to stay in the Jasper area."

"Great location. Walking path along the River was nice."

It is a very peaceful spot if you value privacy, and the area around the cabin is well-kept with the grass neatly mowed. There is plenty of space for children to play, and board games are available. I highly recommend it; Julie was the contact person, and they respond quickly to messages, showing they are attentive, available, and truly...

"Great place to stay not far from the lake the hosts were amazing lots of room and very nice place and very fair price 100% would stay again!!"

"Amazing place to stay! Loved the peacfule environment. Perfect amount of space for us and our daughter. The only thing I would say is the AC can be pretty loud when your sitting in the loving room, but not a deal breaker. Will definetly book again!"
