"Lovely hotel, staff are very helpful. The hotel has found extra ways to charge the customer, for example parking now has a fee and this doesn’t even reserve a parking space, sometimes it’s full due to events or golf, being a guest doesn’t give you access to the spa, i booked a treatment with the spa and this treatment was around 80 mins, that should tell you how much it cost, and even that didnt give me access to the rest of the spa just the treatment room, though the treatment itself was...

"I didn't like it at all because you can't even use the grill. On the website it says hot tub is included but it's not like that. You only get a message after booking if you want a hot tub you have to pay extra. My opinion is that this should be attached to the website."
