"Great spot - very close to the train station , quiet , comfortable bed . We took the budget double room & it was perfect - spacious shower , space for 2 suitcases. Delightful staff gave us an early check in as the room was available so we could shower after our long flight from Australia ."

"The staff was very helpful…I had a mishap with scheduling (my fault) and they worked with me to update the reservation and make sure we had a nice room. The hotel was very clean, and in great condition. The hotel is located in a convenient location walkable to most sites and shopping. There are few amenities on site, but we were able to take advantage of the discount on the gym and free WiFi. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what was included, but in general Switzerland has higher prices for everything. Overall an excellent property and home base for our vacation!"

"Great location hotel was clean and well maintained. Negativities : the front rooms face the train are very noisy until midnight. The beds are foam and hard as a rock to sleep on. The staff could be more welcoming and pleasant to guests, but after being in Switzerland for awhile you quickly see this is not in their nature to smile or be generally polite to strangers."

"The hotel is very central and the staff were amazing! I enjoyed my room and mine did have USB ports. The breakfast is modest but got the job done and everyone was so nice! Would stay again!"
