"Mountain view was great"

"Excellent place to stay. Right off the freeway, in an industrial area but doesn’t feel like it. Great pool with waterside and very friendly staff. My only complaint is that I called in the morning for early check in and was told that we could come 1 hour early. But then our room wasn’t ready when we got there. Ended up waiting until almost the normal check in time. Not a huge complaint, but annoying when travelling with children. They did give us coloring and cookies to pass the time…. So that was a huge plus :)"

"Unfortunately we had a TV that didn't work as well as the bathtub plug was detached and wouldn't reconnect to the drain. Pur toliet made a running noise all night, and first thing in the morning I had a silverfish bug run across my foot. Unfortunately, the hotel wouldn't offer any reimbursement because I booked with Expedia. The staff was great, but for the price I was not impressed."

"We spent one night there. The room was dirty, hair from the previous occupants, was still in the bath tub. Looked like someone vomitted on the carpet and not cleaned up. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower didn’t work well. The blow dryer kept falling off the wall when you closed the door. The heater was so loud that you couldn’t sleep. The breakfast had nothing except hard boiled eggs, two types of yogurt, two types of cereal and those weren’t good. Kids running in the halls past midnight. We had booked 5 nights and we left after one."

"Location of the Property is on a corner, near highway. Hard to exit place on a busy day as its one direction only. No elevator. so be difficult if carrying lots of luggage to 2nd floor. Hallway was like walking into a freezer. My room door had a gap. Bottom of door and carpet. Which had to use a towel to keep draft out and bed was near door. Odd setup. Tv was outdated and lack of channels. furnace outdated. &opposite site of room so took awhile to heat up. But overall room was a place to rest. i just expected better. Photos are from a video i did. Always photos/ video of room before any stay anywhere. "
