"The microwave cabinet in our room was placed in a position that I felt was unsafe. I could easily have knocked my head on it whenever I used the bathroom and returned to bed, particularly overnight when there was no lighting."

"I’ve stayed at this place before and had a great experience. This time I found the cleanliness of the room wasn’t as good. There had been someone with muddy boots in there previously and had left marks on the carpet which had not been cleaned properly. The sheets were clean but the bed had been made roughly with not all areas of the sheets tucked in. Disappointing considering how good my previous stay had been."

"A great stay which was private and tranquil. It was exactly what was needed to reconnect and recharge. It was a bit surprising to have reception only in one tiny spot which was difficult and would have been helpful to know. Arriving and not being able to check in on a vulnerable family member from time to time did impact on the stay. If you want to completely disconnect from the world, it’s perfect. If you need reception and to be contactable, this stay isn’t ideal. "
