"The rooms have no screen windows so you cannot open them to hide the musty smell. Our room keys stopped working over night and had to wake up the owner 2x to get new keys. The doors on the outside do not lock and no one is behind the desk at any time, making the building accessible to all!"

"Nice little place out in the country. Great place for a getaway!"

"Great weeken"

"Located on a nice quiet road by the river. Fireflies were out in June. May need bug spray, so we’re the mosquitos. It’s a great place with some nice grass and personal space. That’s what we like about this place. Thanks so much."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Cozy House! There was just the two of us so only used the bedroom w/king size bed. SUPER comfortable! This place had everything we needed for our 5 night stay! It was very quiet! Great A/C! Very, very clean! We highly recommend the Cozy House when passing through the Wever, Burlington, Biggsville area. Joe & Kathy"

"Our stay was exceptional, couldn't have asked for a better home for out 4 day stay. Everything was so clean and roomy. Great kitchen area and 2 living rooms with a very nice TV 📺. I will be rebooking again in the future. The host was most helpful and kind."

"Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable! Highly recommend this rental. "
