"The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The restaurant, Three Rivers, is super understaffed. We waited for more than 10 minutes to be seated for breakfast and no one came to the hostess stand to seat us. We were in a bit of a hurry so couldn’t get breakfast. And the fact that they don’t have a free continental breakfast was a bit of a bummer."

"The property and specifically the room I had was a bit dated. The lady at the desk when I checked in was okay but did not wow me. The breakfast was basic, but sufficient. I enjoyed my room mostly, the in room whirlpool was good but could've had more pressure out of the jets. Nothing overtly negative that would warrant mentioning. 3-4 out of 5 overall. Not bad, but not great."

"The water was cold. My kids were shivering the whole time. The website clearly says one hot tub is working, but it’s not. Both hot tubs were out, they kept saying they would get it working, but they never did. A lifeguard said that hot tub has been broken down for months, and the haven’t updated the website. The arcade also was not working the first night and it was super hot like a sauna in the arcade. The bar wouldn’t open until 4. The floors were dirty. "

"The gal who checked us in is special. Somehow I had 2 reservations and she mentioned that upon check-in. I couldn't find any confirmation on first reservation I made from home, so I made a second one., She checked back with me afterwords to help make sure I wasn't charged double. She is an observant and a consciousness and valuable employee."

"'Charming Charmant'. We really enjoyed our stay at The Charmant Hotel. The location was fabulous and the hotel was beautifully appointed, and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel offered a very, well priced breakfast menu with a good selection of options. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Highly recommend."
