"Great proximity to everything. Very nice staff!"

"Didn't receive code to operate TV. Even with code the TV needs instructions. Would also be good to provide tissue not only toilet paper Free coffee in bar til 10 am, but no one tells you. Best place to be for Broadway shows. Absolutely will stay here again !"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"ok"

"Loved being close to the pier"

"A solid choice if you want to live comfortably in Midtown. Room was good, updated, and relatively clean. Don’t expect too much if you choose a room with ”city view”. The staff was helpful, especially the bag personel. Breakfast was pretty average and not something I would pay extra for. Overall a good stay."

"Excellent"

"Everything was great. The facility was simple but amazing. It had everything we needed for our trip. Would definitely be coming back to this hotel for future trips."

"Good!!"

"Clean, well-maintained, close enough to Times Square to be in the action, but far enough to miss the noise. Staff was great, room was comfortable and well-appointed. I’ve stayed in lots of NYC hotels, some cheaper and some much more expensive. This is a great value and I will stay here again."

"Loved the location"

"It was very clean and modern, but cold (black, grey, and brown). There was no personal touch. There was not a single water bottle in the room. The soap dispenser was almost empty and malfunctioning (no mini soaps). The faucet was unnecessarily complicated, causing water to splash everywhere. The front desk staff was moody and lacked compassion. The air conditioning unit was loud, and the room smelled bad."
