To make up for the discrepancy, they kindly upgraded me to a Studio Premier and provided complimentary laundry service. Their quick resolution really made my stay comfortable. "We absolutely loved our stay here. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious and the room was comfortable and inviting. Our kids especially enjoyed the lovely rooftop pool. The hotel is only a short 20min walk to Kota Tua and the historical sites. Highly recommend this hotel if you are vacationing in Jakarta."
