"Excellent hotel, lovely room and one of the best spa facility we ever been too. Also a very nice breakfast. A very happy stay."

"Architectual gem, rendered very usable and relaxing"

"The room was lovely and clean the beds were amazing and comfy bathrooms are large nice and clean the staff were very friendly the only problem we had was that the breakfast was cold Evan under the heaters it was cold this hotel is very handy for the opera house and all amenities we’ve stayed here quite a few times not much parking outside when parking go to the hotel and get a parking ticket"

"Very nice family room that was very clean. Only downside was toilet appeared to be leaking. Beds were very comfortable. Great selection at breakfast."

"Fantastic location, beautiful room made for wonderful stay"

"Nice golf course environment. Rooms are outdated and small, breakfast room is very unwelcoming and more suited for conferences. No casual lounge to eat or drink, more like a high-school canteen. Did not feel like a hotel at all, more like a motel with a golf course and swimming pool"

"Staff very friendly and helpful. 5 minute walk to the theme park"

"This is the worst hotel I have stayed on. We were put in the motel part, like pontins but 20 years older! Front door had light shining through it, light was hanging with loose wires, dead flies, spiders, cob webs, stains on sheets, bed side lights no light bulbs, grouting yellow in bathroom and windows held in with lose paint I did ring to complain but they weren't interested. The hole building needs knocking down. I got an email to say it's being refurbished, and to bear with them. If you...

"We arrived late at around 10pm and Aaron who was night staff was wonderful! My youngest son was still talking about how nice he was the next morning. The family room we were in had recently been redecorated with new carpet etc and was very clean and welcoming. Beds were slightly hard but others liked them. The walls are however paper thin and unfortunately the family next door woke up at 5am and played music. You can also hear people talking in the next room so be mindful."

"Nice place to stay and parking is available in the property for a fee, the breakfast is good."

"Beautiful location, wonderful property, delicious food, breakfast included, complimentary packed lunch and more....highly recommended."

"Excellent stay, really comfortable room with helpful staff. Restaurant was a gastronomic experience and I lived it."

"Sorry"

"I really enjoyed our stay at the lodge and overall we had a very good experience. The inside was above our expectations. The rooms were newly refurbished, clean and comfortable, and the kitchen and dining areas were also really nicely done. The beds were comfortable and everything felt fresh and well looked after. The caretaker was extremely helpful and supportive throughout our stay, and we received really good customer service, which made us feel very welcome. There are just a couple of...

"Will not be returning, staff not helpful at all, dog friendly but couldn’t even let the dog have a sausage at breakfast as they had ran out, they had also ran out of biscuits for the room, garden peas and orange juice. Not a cheap nights stay so these things should not be running out!! Best staff were the morning we were leaving, had they had been on all weekend it would have made it a more pleasant stay"
