"The hotel was really nice but I was very upset that the indoor pool wasn’t open. I purposely booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and my kids were dying to use it. It was closed and there was no clear answer of when it would reopen so we had to leave with two very unhappy kids. "

"The hot water was limited while showering And the toilet ran water all night . The hotel was clean though and staff was friendly. "

"The food was delicious. There was an issue with the pool which will be fixed soon. My big complaint was room location. I am a senior citizen and my room was in the 700's. Many steep stairs to get down to main building. They offered a ride from my room to main building which I had to use because it was just too far to walk in the dark alone. Walking up to my room was not an option. This may be find for a young family but not for me."

"The gym was missing half of the dumbbells the weight machine was all messed up missing parts and not working properly treadmill was in working use "

"Warm & cozy lobby, friendly front desk staff. Location is IDEAL and 1 minute walk to the restaurants & stores. Even in a side room (not waterfront) you can see the water. The balcony is nice and we had coffee outside & enjoyed the view. "
