"I love the old school Uconn pride vibe of the hotel especially the giant Jonathan the husky as you enter the main door. I love Graduate storrs hotel and I wouldnt want it any other way. ❤️"

"A few things to note: first, the room we stayed in is typically $109 a night- they marked it up to $400 over graduation weekend. This is not a $400/night property. There is no elevator to the second floor- just a full flight of stairs and long hallways. The hallways also had a very strong odor. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were cold and minimal- cereal, yogurt, and pastries. There were no hot food and very limited protein options."

"For just sleeping it was ok, but my wife said she would not stay there again. Dust and hair on sheets, made us question if the room was cleaned. Wall paper peeling on walls inside and outsidr room in hallways. Strong cigarette smell in common srea lobby. The outside side doors always unlocked. Desk furniture was missing drawers. Hotel was in rough shape. It was very economical, and served its purpose as a place close to UCONN to see my daughters graduation, but wouldn’t make cacation...

"Good facility, needs remodeling and upgrade, but clean and staffed well. The hotel is directly off the highway, and walking distance to 4 or 5 good restaurants, so a very convenient stop for a traveler to Hartford or surrounding suburbs."

"Stayed just for a few hours. Couldn't get the TV to work, plus the other people in the rooms next to me had kids running up and down the stairs and being loud in the hallways. The bed was a vast improvement from last time. It was worth it for a few hours stay and and a good nap. I will return in the future."

"Very nice lady at the farm;) However - This treehouse is not “spacious”, it is a very small room with no curtains. There is a ladder to climb a very steep climb to get into the bed, you have to crawl from the end as there is no room around the bed. They must have built the loft around the bed. In fact, it is not a bedroom…just an opening up the ladderto the bed. There will s only one very small sink that serves as the bathroom and kitchen sink with no counter space in either “location” they are...

"The Host was very responsive. The home, however, was not as cozy as we had expected given the pictures online. There was also a strong unpleasant smell throughout the house that required us to purchase air spray and open the windows for ventilation. "

"Ben’s place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was great. Close to UConn and in a pretty area. The set up was great with a very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, lots of hot water. The owner also freshly ground our coffee. The only downside was the sounds from the owners main house above-footsteps, voices… all normal but hard to ignore-sound proofing would go a long way. Good stay overall. "

She made the home cheery and bright with her beautiful Christmas decorations, which were festive for the holiday season. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The house is well situated to enjoy many near-by activities. Thanks for making our holiday get-away memorable. "
