"Where do I begin…initial impression pulling in the parking lot was okay. The motel is about five minutes from Chataqua Institute, which was a great location. Then we got our room. It looked like it was surface cleaned. There was some cereal under the side of the bed, the freezer in the fridge was disgusting, the entire room reeked of cigarettes, and now the bathroom. Floor was very dirty, as was the sink. The exhaust fan was above the toilet, and every time you would go to the bathroom it...
