"Clean room, free breakfast and helpful staff"

"Honestly this place needs a through cleaning, there’s mold on the ceiling and the bathroom door was broken. The sink and toilet were absolutely disgusting"

"I will not stay there again, it was very sketchy. old, outdated, uncomfortable where it felt unsafe. but it was the only place available on very short notice in the area that I need to be."

"Great property! Easy to get to, clean and nice interior. Beautiful location. Only downside was the dock in the photos was not installed during our stay."

"This is a lovely little cottage in close proximity to everything we need to do in Albany. My siblings and I brought my 88 year mother up to Albany to visit with two friends from high school and all her nieces and nephews. The cottage was not more than 15 to 20 minute drive to everything we needed to see. The house itself is very comfortable well appointed. We spent a lot of time sitting in the sunroom, the owners live next-door and quickly responded to the few requests we had. I would highly...

"Fast check in & very clean rooms. The only downside is the hotel is not in an area that is very walkable. But, a quick drive will get you local shops and restaurants."

"Very basic. We just sleep and leave"

"Old facility. Needs an upgrade"

"Staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful! Great to see genuine customer service from the check in desk to breakfast staff! Thank you 😊"

"Very disappointing experience. There were cobwebs everywhere, and honestly, who knows when the last time the room had been properly swept or cleaned. There were stains on the bed, the room had an unpleasant smell, and even the sink water smelled absolutely horrible. Overall, it just did not feel like a clean or sanitary space at all. Communication was also extremely frustrating. When you try to speak with someone at the property, it is very difficult to understand them. I called this morning...

"Very much enjoyed our stay and breakfast was great, and excellent hotel staff!"

"Although WAZE got us to the property we weren't sure we arrived at the right place. There is was no signage indicating we were at the Hampton Inn. Also, the valets are not at the front, they are in the back lot."

I asked why is this place like this and I was told you get...

"Love it, go to travel location"

"O"

"Traveled here with my husband and daughter and stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The area was very safe, the hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (especially the lady at breakfast.) Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast offered things such as...a yogurt bar, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, bacon/sausage, toast, english muffin, fruit, coffee/tea/juice, potatoes, etc. Only thing missing was a waffle maker. The female worker that was at breakfast 2...
