"Upon our arrival day one front desk girl on her personal phone. Hot water for shower was not there barely warm. This was at around 11:00 am the next day after check in. Husband ask lthe front desk about the lounge area outback and was told the propane pump for the heater did not work. Key card did not allow him to enter back into hotel once he walked out there had to walk around hotel to re enter. My husband told the lady at front desk he was not able to re enter with key card she said sorry...

We stopped for groceries on the way to the cabin so we had no reason to leave. My soon to be husband proposed to me as we brought in the new year making this trip even more perfect. "The house was exactly like the listing mentioned. I loved the clean and simple home with the wooden animal decor. The home and outdoor area have a lot to offer. We loved the pool table, railroad tracks and river. The spiral staircase was loved by the kids, the only challenge was when we brought our luggage up or down the steps (but it is manageable). "Such a great cabin, and exactly what we were looking for! Perfect location for a secluded stay - a relaxing mix of woods, water, and nature all around. The hot tub with TV is situated right next to the river and was just perfect for relaxing in the cold and snowy weather. Communication with the hosts was timely and friendly.
