"Lovely room, with a beautiful view. The added binoculars to watch shipping was a great touch. There were some problems around check-in (not Bon Ami's fault) and Nicci was fantastic in sorting them out (do contact them direct if you haven't heard back from them via Expedia). On street parking can be tricky. There is a car park nearby, but you will probably have to pay unless you're in and out between 8pm-8am. "Liked how the staff upgraded us and were responsive to our feedback. Liked the bed and linen, and how, mostly, the apartment was clean. Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value. Not so good: There was a stained grey rug in the living area that needs replacing. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves until we asked. There was no bath mat - and not enough hooks to hang towels on."

Staff were very helpful and very friendly - that's the stand-out thing, really, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was everything I'd want and very tasty. A pot of tea (with two teabags) and a pot of hot water meant there was plenty of my favourite beverage. Very happy with the evening dinner from the bar menu...

"The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend."
