"Great location, great house and layout and the pool was perfect. The only drawback was the very limited kitchen supplies especially when cooking for 12 (pans, silverware, storage bowls. In the grand scheme, the lack of kitchen ware had little impact on our stay but you might want to bring some larger cookware if you have a large group. Other than that, this home will not disappoint."

"We had a wonderful stay at Matt's home and would not hesitate to stay at his beautiful, clean, spacious home again. It is clear from the moment you enter this house that Matt gives great care to his home and the comforts within. We embraced the fabulous and truly therapeutic view each morning, on the main floor screened lanai, with quiet coffee first for early risers and then family breakfast. Everyone in the family loved the pool, game room, walks on the beautiful and somewhat tranquil, south side of Marco and plentiful sightings of gopher tortoises! The best restaurants in Marco are just a short drive away and our favorite grocery store is just down the road. We are so grateful that we found a house where each of us had the space we needed in beautifully appointed bedrooms as well as plenty of family areas for our family vacation in Matt's house. "
