"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and warm. Bathroom was spacious as well. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel which was useful in case you arrive late from the airport or dont feel like going out. The only draw back was the distance to the old town which was a half hour walk. There is a tram stop 15 mins walk from the hotel which can take you into the city centre. The old Jewish quarter in Kazimierz is also close by (15 min walk) with a good selection of restaurants. "

"There was plenty of options for breakfast; hams, boiled eggs, cheeses, cereals, pastries, can make your own waffles! Friendly helpful staff especially Julie. The room was lovely and clean, fresh cold water dispensers at the end of the corridors"

"Very convenient for the bus stop to the airport and attractions along the Vistula, including the Ferris Wheel and tethered Balloon. A short and inexpensive tram ride to the old city and Station. Beds were comfortable and spacious, the staff were efficient and friendly. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel which we used as a family of three for a long weekend. "
