"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

Receptionen var endast öppen vissa tider och inte ens då hittade man personalen alltid. Dessutom helt stängd en dag i veckan. Lakan med fläckar som inte gått bort i tvätten och dammråttor under sängen. Uselt vattentryck i duschen men varmt vatten. I övrigt helt okej boende med rymlig lägenhet för åtta personer. "Everything perfect except for the fact that reception is only open morning and late afternoon. Great ski locker downstairs, pool, sauna, laundry, cleanness, spacious room, location pretty close to gondolas and not far from supermarket(s) so all in all worth for the price I paid via Expedia (around 600 euros per week...direct prices are higher).
