"I loved this hotel. Lotte just does it right. The hotel room felt so clean and luxurious. The lobby is so beautiful and well decorated. I bought the breakfast and I thought it was soooo worth it. They had such a wide variety of food and even a ramen bar. The staff was also so friendly and attentive. The host on the first floor helped us to order a taxi and then walked our luggage to the taxi and loaded it. Five stars isn’t enough. ALSO they have a custom line of body care and it smells so nice if they sold that in their lobby I would have bought some for me, my mom, and friends. It smelled that good. I will stay at lotte L7 everytime I come to Korea. "

"Great view from the 25th floor, the room was clean, breakfast was plenty although their coffee machine only made espresso and americano with cold milk available only. But you can buy downstairs at a coffee shop near reception. The only improvement suggestion is to put up better signage as it took us some time to find the hotel building (it’s in the euro cafe building)."

"Liked the room and the beautiful view. Liked the service - we were going to leave too early to have breakfast the next morning so the hotel allowed us to have breakfast on the day we came in. That flexibility was very meaningful to me. I didn’t like the Patisserie. Quality of sandwiches were poor. Like the Jamon Beurre used a soggy type of bread instead of a proper baguette and the prices were much too high for what was on offer. "
