"This was our 4th stay at the hotel and is our go to place when we come to the area but something today left me with a bad taste after calling the hotel to confirm we were at the airport and my wife had left her phone behind at the hotel with her boarding pass on it, 5hey found the phone and I asked if there was anyway someone could bring it to the airport and I was happy to pay, prob 5 or 6 miles, the answer I got was no, I understand it was asking a lot but I believe in going the extra mile in my job but I guess I am in a minority there, very disappointing to just get a flat no"

"Room was clean and functional. Bar area was small but ok as wasn’t too busy. Too many emails and texts for check in and door code wasn’t received so still had to wait at reception to get that. We were going to use the pool but at £12 per person it was not worth it - there should at least be a concession rate for hotel guests. A functional stay but couldn’t consider it a good one. "

"Rooms were recently renovated and they were clean and very nice. The hallways were being patched and painted, which is not a negative as they are simply updating the whole property. Would stay here again as it is conveniently located and very comfortable."

"Only stayed one night, standard room not sure what to expect. However, no water bottle given was a shock as that seems to be a basic supply from all hotels. The room shape was awkward, slanted ceiling meant bumping your head over your bed is very possible especially for older people or those who can be clumsy! The heater made some strange noise occasionally and can certainly affect those who are sensitive to noise or light sleeper. Didn’t use any of the facilities so cannot comment. We arrived early but wasn’t allowed to check in until 3pm! Breakfast was ok, had to wait for resupply of food as ran out quickly.. minimum choice options. "

"Fantastic hotel in a central location with warm and friendly staff. The bed (and bedding) were super comfortable and breakfast was delicious. A special shout out must go to the housekeeping team, the cleanliness of the room and throughout the hotel is exceptional! "
