"The best thing about the hotel was the reception staff, especially Ian and Valeriia. My husband Tom fell and broke his kneecap in front of the hotel. They arranged for us to take a taxi to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary where he got excellent care. They made a bad situation so much better with their kindness and care."

"Staff was nice and room was cleaned daily. We did notice some maintenance needed to be done in the shower. Caulking on the shower was over it service life and cracking causing mold growth. We also noticed stains on the comforter. Lastly, wished breakfast was included with hotel stay. "

"The hotel is in a perfect location for everything we had planned. The room was good but I’m a person that needs a really nice bathroom and it passed with a grade A. The staff was great we needed to fix the refrigerator in our room and they did within 25 hours, they were helpful when I needed ice for my back and we needed plastic wrap for some extra cookies, they were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel."
