"This was such a pretty hotel in a great spot close enough to Georgioupoli to go into town quickly (5 min away) but still far enough away that it felt quiet and peaceful, like a little escape. It was really quiet at night, which made sleeping here really nice. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. We did have a small issue with the AC leaking (stuff happens) but the owner sorted it out quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere relaxing and a bit removed, but still located nicely between Chania and Rethymno. Would definitely recommend! "We stayed here for 10 days and had a lovely relaxing holiday. The Villa is in a quiet location but it is easy to get to the beach and Kournas Lake by car. Our host Politini was super helpful and very easy to reach, her Dad also has a great supermarket in the village where you can pick up any shopping you need including his delicious olive oil. "

"This beautiful villa is a hidden gem. The little village is so gorgeous. The drive up through the olive orchard is stunning. We never tired of the view. The restaurant that it attached to the villa is literally at the front door. The food is amazing. Though breakfast is not available, it's a short drive to a nearby town that has several other dining options. The pool is small but private. We would definitely stay here again. "

We had one or two small issues which were dealt with quickly. George and his father were always available and very helpful. The pool and BBQ were exceptional. "May 2025 - Beautiful mountain villa near a small village in Crete. The grounds are meticulously maintained by the lovely Sylvia and Georgios with beautiful flowers in the spring and a refreshing pool. The hosts/owners are wonderful people and provided complementary water, salted olives, wine, lunch meat, cheese, bread, and much more. Very relaxing getaway, highly recommended."
