The location is great walking distance from lots of restaurants and shopping options, however, the surroundings can be a bit sketchy. The hotel itself was 3/5, but the staff were so lovely that it makes it a 4."

"I loooove the Gale my family has been coming here since it opened. I will say the recent changes with charging $100.00 to guests if they want to check in early is disappointing especially when people are flying in from a different state and time zone. You can tell a lot of things have changed recently. I’m hoping it changes for the better and not alienate people who come here a day before for cruises."
