"Well we got there at 9:30 pm n didn’t get our room till almost 10:30 because we had to try n find a clean room after going to 3 other rooms they gave us each time they were dirty the fourth room they had to check it before they gave it to us"

"The hotel room is only made for 1 person- max. It is a very small room and the toilet / shower combo room is very small. For this being a Marriott property, I was extremely disappointed as far as the service went. Every single employee looked miserable and we didn’t encounter anyone during our stay who smiled or offered assistance. There seemed to be someone “at the front desk” (self-service computers), however, they acted irritated if you needed Assistance. I also never saw a manager during our time at the hotel."

"Cool hotel.The room was a bit small. The breakfast was great and the rooftop pool and bar are very nice. it is close to the Bayside so great location. close to the Port of Miami which was good because we were going on a cruise."

"Nothing spectacular for the price. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom could use updating. Only the sink has a counter. No where to set your bathroom supplies while getting ready. Traffic was very loud outside while trying to sleep. Enjoyed the parking on the floor you are staying but for 45.00 to come and go was steep price to pay. Bug man was spraying in the lobby while we were checking in. Poor timing for that to be done. Lady mopping around our feet while checking in too . At 4pm not safe as floor was wet and slick and no safety signs. Won’t be back."
