"It was stressful that after paying for the hotel we had to wait in line the day of to buy pool tickets to hopefully get them. We were not allowed to purchase them at check in. It was the only reason we booked the trip. If it sold out we would have been out of luck and there wouldn’t have been anything for the kids to do. "

"This place was Spectacular!There are views everywhere - from the tidal areas to the ocean. You can even see the Hyannisport Golf Club and Squaw Island from the distance. I spent several years living in the this neighborhood and have not been back for a while, so it was a treat.It's an easy house to relax in. Comfortable beds, comfortable couches - the kitchen is very well stocked, and our two dogs really enjoyed the fenced in front lawn while they nature watched!Donna was a great host and very accommodating.I would highly recommend this home!"

"This hotel was amazing! We were the only guests and they let us check in early and check out late which made our trip so much smoother. Lauren was incredibly helpful and left me a wonderful note. I can’t say enough about the view! We had our own seating area on the upper floor and we could watch the ocean and sea birds endlessly. I got up early and walked right across the street to have my breakfast and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Couldn’t have been a better stay! Highly recommend! Hope to stay again. "

"Warm and cozy home away from home! Beaches and restaurants are plentiful and nearby! Charming decor throughout the spacious house! Long dining table and other furniture out on the screened porch offer beautiful views of the bird-filled woods and Simmons Pond! Laps around the pond in the provided canoe offer chances for fishing and foliage filming in a peaceful setting. We enjoyed our time here immensely!"
