"Very nice stay, good neighborhood, easy access to property. Excellent staff very helpful. Miss Maha and Mr. Ahmed always ready to help and assist. 24/7 front desk . Transportation you should be familiar with transportation apps to use it or you have a car.furniture is good condition and clean. Cleaning services could be requested through front desk. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite and it’s spacious and comfortable good for 3 to 4 or small family. Excellent stay and would repeat it again anytime. "

Gabrielle (sp) and Mohammad. Even all the guests were cordial. I met several from Ireland. I had a double room with city view just for me. I specifically book my room to determine if I wanted to rebook the following year, of which I already did. The rooms have been remodeled and are very clean. The terrace is so nice, especially at night with the view of the pyramids. I was lucky to be there doing a full moon where the moon was directly beside the pyramids. What a sight to see. You can also watch the skydivers early in the morning around the Pyramids. Breakfast is served in intervals over 30+ minutes or more. Basically, coffee/tea/juice earlier and then veggies and cheese etc, followed up by eggs, falafel and dessert. So, don't do what I did and fill up at the beginning and have no room for the rest!😅. Make sure to tip the cook(s). They do a fantastic job. Thanks to everyone that made my stay wonderful. *Just a heads up for future guests if you have never been to Giza before. This hotel is located in in the middle of the desert, just like the Pyramids, so you will see lots of dust/sentiment outdoors as you would in any desert city like in Phoenix, Arizona. USA, for example. Inside the hotel is pristine. "

"The food is really good, if you don’t want to leave the hotel, you can go for the buffet dinner and breakfast; great variety, healthy and clean. Room was always spotless thanks to Mohammed, and the entire hotel is being cleaned on regular basis. Staff is super kind and nice to talk with, specially the people at the bar: Mr Yousef, and the great service from the shisha specialist. After a long stay in Egypt I can say this was the best hotel we stayed. Definitely will come back! "
