"Booked a room at the hotel next door and when we arrived we were told the place we booked was under construction and we were in the Residence Inn next door. Not a problem but was not in the description or info from Hotels.com Stay was fine for what we needed. There was a fair bit of construction going on so access was a bit off. Residence Inn Amsterdam airport was where we stayed and it was fine."

"The room was oriented very strangely, but I assume that is also because it’s European. Otherwise enjoyed the stay. Room was clean, staff was helpful. Breakfast wasn’t as much as other hotels but had the basics for a quick eat."

"Close to the airport and the hotel is near the Hoofddorp train station and it is 20 minutes ride to the Centraal station which is very convenient. It is a nice, little hotel with a good restaurant. My suggestion is, as the hotel a bit away from the city centre, it should have a medical store in the premise where emergency medicine, if needed, are available."

"First room, a pod, was not soundproof at all and was very dusty. We went to manager who responded appropriately and gave us a discount on a regular room and included breakfast. Good customer service, food was great and atmosphere was fun!"

"Usb ports above bed did not work. Breakfast was amazing! Would have liked to see someone in person at the front desk when checking in rather than doing it on an ipad. Great to have free 24 hour bike garage 2 doors over from hotel entrance."
