"The good - great instructions to get there and ease of getting in. Everything you needed to cook meals and hot tub was fab and ready to go when we arrived. Beds made up and plenty of space. Facilities good The ok - furniture a bit tatty, cleaning not so great - pet hairs all over and needed a good dust. No door mat so carpet was filthy and it smelt of wet dogs (other peoples). "Lovely room! Great attention to detail from toiletries in the bathroom to radio playing in the room when we arrived. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Car park had plenty of room and had lighting and video surveillance. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again and will be recommending to family and friends."

"Booked my elderly disabled parents in at the hotel. Olivia on the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the booking process, making sure they were in a suitable ground floor room. The room was lovely and clean. My parents couldn’t operate the heater so went to ask Olivia to help them and she cans straight away and altered the settings for them so they were warm enough. Will definitely book them in to stay there again when they next come to Lincoln to visit"

"I suppose I could say this is a Signature Best Western and leave it there, but that’s not very personal. There is plenty of parking and the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful Manor House (Georgian?) and looks wonderful as you park your vehicle in front of the building The grounds are lovely and as the weather for our stay was good, we walked the grounds and had drinks in the garden. This hotel is clearly a favourite for weddings due to the lovely grounds. The service through out was very good and our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Our room was in the annex to the left of the entrance and overlooked the grounds. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good, the service was, as it had been throughout our stay very good indeed. I would recommend and would stay again"

"Our room was in a separate building to the pub which was quiet and well kept. The pace had everything you would need for a comfortable night stay. The only thing that I would say was a slight negative was a damp smell in the bathroom. We reserved a table for dinner, they were very busy and advised there was a wait for food but was served earlier than advised was reasonably priced and was of good quality. The only negative thing I can say about the dining experience is they do not serve Guinness! Car park is small but plenty of street parking available and we did not have any issues. In summary this was an extremely well priced comfortable stay with great staff and great food. I would recommend."

"We have just arrived back from and 2 night stay at Tattershall. The place itself is amazing with so much to do for every age but the upholstery and carpet ( living and dining area) was absolutely disgusting. The sofa had big stains on it which made you reluctant to sit on it and the same with the carpet. These were not new stains but ground in dirty filthy stains. Absolutely disgusting. Luckily we did not spend much time in the caravan. The bedrooms, bedding and kitchen are were great. We reported this when checking out but unfortunately all we got was a "SORRY" not good enough. No 53 larch View avoid at all costs"
