"Fun historic hotel. Loved the little journal in the room. The furniture was beautiful. So many things right! Our tub could use some new caulking to look clean. Our windows looked out on a roof/fire escape. I think it should be a clean area since that is what our view is - there was trash/cups etc ..."

"Reserved a room only to arrive and find out they didn’t have that room because they gave it to someone else. Got shoved in a room with a sofa bed that had no sheets, bedding or pillows. Staff just kept saying sorry and were absolutely useless."
