"The staff were exceptionally welcoming and provided excellent service during my arrival and departure. However, there were a few minor issues in the room, such as the air conditioning not functioning and the wash basin being blocked. So I am not able to provide a 5* review. "

"We stayed at this hotel mainly because of the airport shuttle. They were the only ones who had one which started at 4 am. As we had an early flight the next day (705 am), it was a definite plus for us. We had arrived early from an overseas flight and the woman at the front desk was able to accommodate getting us into a room quickly so we could rest - she saw we were exhausted. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Not a lot of amenities in the room - no coffee facilities, no USB ports, no fridge - however the bed was very comfortable."

"Hotel is located within the Schiphol airport. We traveled from Paris by train, which dropped us at airport, where we were able to drop luggage, check in, and meet up with other family members who were joining us later in our travels. Staff very helpful, beautiful clean rooms, and location is excellent when travel by air, train, or rental car is needed. "

"Disappointing for the price. The room and hotel seem to be poorly maintained, dripping faucets, clogged sink and shower drains, and the room was not thoroughly cleaned from the previous guests. Will book elsewhere the next time I stay near Schipol."

"After a long day of travel we arrived at the hotel that we pre-booked a month in advance. Albeit, we were a couple of hours before the 3pm check in time. We dropped our luggage and were told to come back around 3 (no problem!). We got back at 2:50, checked if our room was ready and were told 5-10 minutes to finish cleaning. I gave them 20 minutes to be kind, and upon arriving to the desk again they informed me it would be maybe 20, maybe 30, maybe 40 minutes to finish cleaning. Our party of 3 was offered 1 drink ticket for the closed restaurant. We finally got checked in after over an hour of waiting and when arriving to the room realized it had a horrendous smell of BO, dirty floors, splatter on walls and cupboards, stains on the bathroom floor and broken glass & cigarettes outside the window we had to open for air. Not at all the experience I was hoping for our first night in Amsterdam. We were also completely ignored by who appeared to be the manager, though I heard my name in conversation between him and colleagues while we waited. Will absolutely not return. I hate to leave a poor review, but it’s been a week since emailing Radisson and I’ve heard nothing in response. "
