"Place is so outdated, worn, and needs immediate renovation. There’s mold in the bathrooms, the tub was dirty , the water from tub wasn’t draining. It took more time to drain than it did to fill the tub . Rooms had extreme scent of urine. The carpet was filthy throughout the complex, stairwell, rooms. The bathrooms had broken tiles on the floor. And their service was awful. Except the kitchen service. That I’ll give a strong 8. They charge to much money for something that feels like motel 8."

"Check in is 5pm, that’s later than anywhere else I’ve stayed. One less hour your able to enjoy the property and it took till just after 5 for the room to be ready. Businesses are only open sporadically and the hours are subject to change almost nightly. Would prefer the availability of Niblicks prior to 4:30pm and it’s closed on Sundays. Property is nice, but calling it a resort with limited access to food & amenities and hours of operation is frustrating. Otherwise a great place to unwind."

"Everything went great, we had one question the first night and it was immediately answered. Good view and close to activities of Eagle Crest. "

"The beds were extremely uncomfortable. We had 6 adults who complained about the lack of sleep on those types of mattresses. There was only a foam type of mattress and no box springs under the mattress. As a result the bed was only about 12 inches off the floor or less. This made it very difficult to raise yourself up from the bed, especially for pregnant woman, as well as the older couple. The hot tub was enjoyed and the location was great. "

"Comfy beds, good location, nice having a washer and dryer. Well stocked with essentials, but could use a baking sheet. Updated? Not at all. Kitchen and appliances and bathrooms are very dated, carpet is old and stained, deck furniture old, torn (one chair broken) and dirty. A few of the upright 2x2” deck railing pieces are loose at the bottom, which I found out when I swept. Not great for kids… The door to the deck closes with great difficulty, needs to be adjusted. Relatively clean except for picture windows out to the deck, which were filthy. Very easy access so I’m not sure why. Quick response via text when the electronic lock acted up, but I couldn’t contact anyone via their phone messaging system. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this one is tired and worn out. Would not recommend or return. "
