"Upon arrival I discovered the room w/balcony that I reserved was NOT available even though I has reserved it a month before. Pool and hot tub VERY dirty. Food area almost always closed. "

"The staff members were helpful but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Roaches were all over our room, the amenities in the room were old, rusted and falling apart. The property could definitely use a makeover to be better. "

"Hotel needs to improve a lot in appearance and services. It is outdated, carpet were not clean and sent was horrible in all areas including the rooms. Amenities are outdated and needs to be updated. Old fashioned microwave. Room service should change sheets daily, not every other 3 days that's not acceptable. Staff was okay, they did the best to accommodate."

"Dated and musty rooms , fridge was rusty and making loud clicking noises all night unable to unplug. Staff was unable to help as none spoke English and just nodded smiled and said ok to whatever was said to them. Hall was covered with the scent of drug use and very loud as you could hear every tv or talking in rooms. Not a pleasant stay. "

"Property was nice and very clean. It was a little frustrating that the pool closed at around 730pm and I'm not sure when it opened but it was still locked up at 8am."

"Great room and pool. Breakfast good. Coffee not good. Hispanic clerk was super nice. The others were somewhat unfriendly and VERY unenthusiastic. I hesitated to approach them. Not what you want at a front desk. "
