"Someone tried our door handle many times per night, trying to break in and waking us up. Shower had no pressure but lots of mold. Pillow had makeup on it. It was gross but great location. "

It would have been more appropriate to receive a courtesy call as a reminder rather than an unexpected knock, especially from someone who didn’t even smile and didn’t say good morning. she looked upset that we were still in the room and not checking out right away."
