"Rooms were clean, but we were disappointed in the beds. The beds in our room were hard and uncomfortable.
The common areas were clean and updated. The breakfast was good and there was ample seating.
The kids enjoyed the waterslides. Pool towels were gone when we got out, so I asked the front desk for towels. I was told only two extra towels per room since they were short on towels. While we stayed during a busy weekend, we paid $300 a night. Housekeeping did not come during our two night stay which we were told not to expect housekeeping on check in. If the staff knows there is not adequate amenities (towels), I would expect someone to be more proactive to retrieve used towels and pool towels from rooms, but this didn’t happen.
Overall, a nice property, but not for the price we paid."
