"Loved the location; the proximity to Grand Central can’t be beat and the hotel itself was nice. That being said, the room’s bathroom could have been cleaner. There was other people’s hair on the sink and toilet and the toilets water ran all night and leaked. While it’s not a deal breaker, it was off putting and candidly, annoying."

"We had a premium twin room and unfortunately our view was a brick wall for our 5 night stay (we knew it was a possibility). However, after checking in we noticed our room had some small leftover bits from the previous guest that housekeeping missed. Things we did love were the complimentary mini bar and the gym with peloton bike. The hotel is close to the subway which was welcomed after long days exploring the city. Happy hour being available at the hotel was a nice too."

"Staff is friendly as always i like it because its clean yet not expensive. Because my main goal is to travel/ site seeing/ eating around town. A/c. Breakfast was great and rooftop is addition to the whole experience Would definitely recommend"

"I have stayed in several hotels in Midtown, but the Renwick was particularly exceptional. The location is fantastic (moments from Grand Central, great for the LIRR to JFK, easy walk to 5th Avenue shopping, Times Square, and Broadway theatres), my room was spacious and modern, and the gym was quiet and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and efficient. My only minor gripes were that I was given towels with small stains, and the “smart” TV had no smart functionality – but you’re in New York, who needs TV!"

"There is a problem with being able to charge electronic devices. I had difficulty getting my phone and iPad charging to work because the connections were loose. Also, the TV should have been Smart TV so I would have access to many of my streaming services besides Netflix."
