"Check in was very smooth through Expedia. When I arrived 4 other people were checking in and their rooms weren’t ready. While I was checking out another couple had problems checking in as well. Although that wasn’t my experience I think it’s important to note. The room was clean however there were stains on the walls and was slightly outdated. Other than that the customer service was great! I would stay there again."

"We have stayed here several times before and we loved it just as much! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the bars are unmatched. The location is wonderful for getting to restaurants or sight seeing. We will absolutely stay here again!"

"Cool property with excellent location. We stayed on the top floor. Patio tiles on balcony were loose. Key cards didn’t work well in elevator and at door; employee spoke harshly to us like it was our fault. It wasn’t. No restaurant or cafe in hotel. No water or mini bar in room."
