"We got to the hotel early from our cruise, checking in was at 3 pm but the staff was willing to accommodate us as soon as we got there. We were very grateful , we made great memories at that place and the food, pool and room were amazing. We certainly do recommend this hotel to anyone and we would certainly visit it when we come back."

"Room was good. We couldn’t change the temperature of the AC though. But great location and the staff was really nice."

"The staff was great, really helpful, and friendly. They also helped us book a car to the airport. The hotel was clean and nice and we stayed at the Mets apartments down the road, which are pretty nice and were clean. The Air Conditioning isn't very strong but does work if you leave it on all day. The main thing is that the hotel and apartments are in a great location right next to all the shopping and very near some good restaurants so it's easy to walk everywhere. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others if they want to stay right in the city and walk to everything."

"Clean rooms and nice amenities. A few places to eat nearby. It is a bit of a walk to the historical area but I did not mind for the price, cleanliness and amenities."
