We had a wonderful stay at this property. Close to the bike trail, beaches and town of Orleans. Very quiet neighborhood and private backyard. Very comfortable house!
We loved the house and the area it was located. Very central to a lot of great restaurants etc. Also close enough to drive into Ptown. Absolutely loved how comfortable our stay was
The location is excellent and is a short drive to the National Seashore. The property was clean, although a little dated. Everything worked, though, and the kitchen had plenty of pots, dishes, and utensils.
Location of the home was absolutely wonderful! We loved accessing the local tennis courts and taking our bikes onto the rail trail. Our stay was a good price for the accommodations. The home is due for some updated decor and furniture but otherwise comfortable. The kitchen lacked enough garbage bags but we made due with leftover grocery shopping bags.

Great House!
Beautuful, comfortable home, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, good shower, easy AC each room.

The house was wonderfully quiet with a very well-equipped kitchen, an extremely comfortable bed, roomy bathrooms, an excellent washer and dryer, a whole separate freezer, a spacious, enclosed porch with lots of sunlight, and in a superb location, near many beaches and trails. It was great for us. And it would be equally so for a family. We didn't even use the upstairs.

Really nice location with all the amenities. Nicely stocked with games and extras like beach chairs, Pickleball and tennis gear. Quick to answer any questions we had. Only suggestion is to steam clean or replace the carpets. They’re getting a bit dirty and ragged. Otherwise a great stay.

Quaint Stay
Cute Cape Cod house with all the amenities and then some. We had access to ping pong, Pickleball (which we played), extra beach chairs and each room had its own AC for personal temperatures. The iTrip property manager was very attentive and fast to respond. Location was central which was key for us. Only complaint was the carpets. They badly need steam cleaning (or replacement). But aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay.
This is the second time we stayed here this year. We found it so spacious and relaxing. We had friends, who were on the Cape at the same time over for dinner. They, too, said it feels like a home. We love reading on the large, enclosed porch. We were near many pleasant walking trails and other sites of nature. We tend to eat at home. But our friends found some wonderful restaurants. The bed is extremely comfortable. The convenience of the washer/dryer a boon. And when the coffee maker carafe was found broken our first day, it was replaced within hours.
We will definitely stay here again when we are on the Cape.

Pleasant stay
We enjoyed our stay. The carpet's must have been replaced. The house in general could use some updating in terms of furniture and style, particularly in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked.

Nice house
Very clean...good location...quiet....very well appointed except we would have liked a blender and a tea pot,we were told there was a blender but could not find it..all in all a nice experience
Great home. Plenty of room and I loved the sunroom so much - nice place to sit with a book. Not as close to the beach as I would have hoped - you will have to drive, but that’s ok. Took a star off because I paid a cleaning fee of 310 and was still given a list of things to clean before I checked out. That doesn’t seem right.

Great House
No complaints at all . You just have to get used to how the front door lock works. Very clean and comfortable in every way!!
The property was great & we appreciated that a family member’s cat could join us there. The entry code didn’t work, however, & the door handle wouldn’t lock. A key box solved that the eve we arrived & the property mgr came over the next morning & changed the entry code. But it cost us time we might have used elsewhere—& we almost missed her. She texted several times, but I was in the shower & if she knock

A Quiet Stay for Four
The house has 3 nice size bedrooms and two baths, a spacious living area, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, cooking utensils, a full refrigerator and a separate full freezer, plus everything you can think of if you want to cook (you provide the food). We especially enjoyed the private patio area and 3 season porch. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. It appears that the bathrooms/2nd floor were re-done in the 1970's, and the kitchen is probably from the 1960's; so, stylistically out of date, but fully operational, comfortable and easy to use. The house is definitely off the beaten path, and while there are other houses in the neighborhood, the house is tucked away in a very private location. We loved staying between Chatham and Provincetown, for easy travel to all. And, there is a large, modern Stop & Shop very close by for convenience.
