"Very big hotel. The advantage is that it has a skybridge to the mall. I felt that despite being so big and more expensive it is a bit impersonal and prefer a Hyatt House where they don’t charge for water. The upgrade was not felt in the room nor in the add ons. Mentioning Argan Oil in the shampoo does not make it feel superior for soap. The “ awesome breakfast” is a normal buffet that upcharges every extra item ordered except the eggs. I paid 51 for buffet and a smoothie. My room was not cleaned when I asked for it in the am. I returned at 3 and it was not done. Good location. I never interacted with a staff member after the receptionist gave me the key. You don’t see staff. "

There were two homeless crack heads right outside and a pimp waiting in the car, playing loud music with his lady of the night trying to check in. One look at the room, and my wife and I drove to Bellevue. I would never recommend this place. The best way to see is to check in is at 8pm -10 pm.
