"This small aparthotel is located a bit removed from the lagoon, so a car is probably a good idea, also to move around the area, which has more to offer than the lagoon. The property is very comfortable, with large rooms with kitchen facilities and balcony. It was cleaned every day to perfection. It has a small pool and outdoor area and safe parking. What I loved about this hotel was the attentive and reliable personnel - the gentlemen looking after it were lovely. The guests were mixed: families and a group of construction workers who were friendly and very respectful. I booked this place after one of the lagoon-shore hotels cancelled my booking on spot (dubious "adults only" policy) on a Saturday night during the high season. Azure immediately welcomed me and my son, and made us feel welcome and safe. I amply recommend this place! "

"The Poza Clara staff were amazing and helpful. I advised the hotel it was a bday gift for my wife, and they made a beautiful floral arrangement on the bedding. Thank you! The associated restaurant was not so good. Food was overcooked and server had a poor attitude. Better to go next door to Ixchel food."
