"I really adored both Bacalar and this hotel. The design is so wild and whimsical, the staff are so sweet and helpful, the beds are nice and comfy and the location is perfect. Great coffee and’s food with in a block and right by an entrance to the lagoon. Also really loved the hotels very sweet furballs!"

"From the start, we had a very easy and informative check in process. We were shown to our well appointed, clean room which is situated around a gorgeous pool/courtyard area. The breakfast included is absolutely amazing! We also enjoyed a drink made with care at the bar on site. Location, grounds, and service were top notch! I would happily return!"
