The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "I found this property to be lovely spot to stay with lovely design and very convenient. The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). "Great locations for ski in ski out skiing. And highly recommend Skimuim opposite for ski hire. Excellent service. The apartment was great value for money but lacked two easy to remedy things. A heated towel rail for the lack of towels. One each is not enough when’s swimming pool so constantly damp. Also a tea cloth or oven glove is missing from the inventory. Getting things out the oven with a ski sock isn’t great. I found the double bed far too hard, but that is personal preference. Staff lovely. We stayed last week of ski season and were incredibly lucky with the snow. But majority of cafes and restaurants had shut. Supermarket also very low on stock. So be prepared for a visit to Bourg as 1800 and 1600 even less open. "
